What affects the cost
Clearing is priced by what is on the ground and what you want it to look like when we are done. The main factors:

- Density and size of growth. Light brush clears fast. Mature trees mixed into thick undergrowth take real time and equipment.
- Selective versus full clearing. Working around keeper trees is more careful work than clearing everything.
